The prestashop Chat Whatsapp module with Chat History is compatible with all versions of prestashop 1.7.x 8.x. Installation is simple. Simply download and install the module. In the configuration section you will have to:
- Enter your Whatsapp phone number
- Enter the URL relating to the privacy policy of your e-commerce site
- Choose whether to display the WhatsApp icon at the bottom left or right.
- By clicking on user management you can view the list of users who have contacted you with telephone number, web page of your site from which they contacted you, referrals.
- From the backoffice, by clicking on the start chat icon you can start a new conversation with the saved users.
